As a Sales Engineer you are a commercially driven technician. You find it a challenge to bring in projects as part of the Sales department. With your knowledge of products and processes you able to create detailed cost price calculations. You are good at achieving performance even under time pressure. • Preparing cost price calculations for the Sales department;• Making process diagrams and layout drawings;
• Converting sales calculations to working budgets for project implementation;
• Preparing technical descriptions for quotations;
• Drawing piping in Plant3D;
• Work together with suppliers to prepare budgets in consultation with the Process Technology and Purchasing departments.
This is where you recognize yourself
• A completed technical education at a minimum secondary vocational education (Mechanical Engineering / Process Engineering);• At least 2 years' experience in a similar position;
• Good social and communication skills;
• You work accurately and in a structured way;
• You can work independently but also as part of a team;
• It is an advantage if you have worked with Plant3D;
• Good command of Dutch and English in word and writing (German or another language is a preference);
