• Increase awareness around safety, procedures and quality assurance among employees, management and on-site implementation..• You carry out risk inventories at locations at home and abroad.
• You advise and support the Safety Committee in implementing improvement plans.
• You draw up evacuation and emergency plans for the locations.
• Organizing safety sessions within the organization.
• You plan and supervise evacuation exercises at the head office in Heerenveen.
• You work out the necessary measures in concrete plans. Your success is visible and measurable in, among other things, reports and records.
This is where you recognize yourself
• You have at least an bachelor degree in a relevant field of study.• At least 2 years' work experience in this field.
• Good command of the Dutch, German and/or English language in word and writing.
• You are an initiator who thinks in terms of safe opportunities and possibilities.
• You take well-considered initiatives to motivate managers and employees.
• You have knowledge of laws and regulations in the field of safety, fire safety, working conditions and environment.
• You are critical and environmentally aware.
