Team Leader Work Preparation and Supervision

 
As team leader work preparation and supervision at Econvert, you are the connecting link between the work planners/supervisors, people in the field and suppliers. You ensure that work on the construction site never comes to a standstill. You have a strong technical background and organizing is second nature to you. Together with your colleagues in the department, you are responsible for preparing, organizing and coordinating all construction activities necessary for the project. This challenging and versatile job means that no two days are ever the same!

This is what energizes you:

• Organizing transports and calling up tools such as aerial platforms, scaffolding and cranes;
• Ensuring safety on the construction site, warehouse and outside area;
• Outsourcing manufacturing parts;
• Checking and approving invoices, declarations and timesheets;
• Effectively deploying people and resources for the work preparation and supervision department;
• Develop and support colleagues within the department;
• Consult within and outside the organization on the deployment of subcontractors;
• Visiting construction sites and carrying out safety inspections;
• Contributing to improvements and cost savings.

This is where you recognize yourself in:

• MBO+ or HBO working and thinking level;
• A mechanical engineering background;
• Several years of experience in a similar position in a technical environment;
• Strong organizational and administrative skills;
• Knowledge of safety rules and regulations;
• You cope well with ad hoc situations and can quickly come up with appropriate solutions;
• You have good communication skills and are a real team player;
• Good command of the Dutch, German and/or English language in word and writing.
